Location: Accessible via a magic portal located in a vault between levels 12 and 20 of the Dungeons of Doom. The branch consists of a single level.
There is no direct message for the portal itself, but the presence of a vault is required.

- Layout: A massive, moated fortress surrounded by water. The fortress contains a huge throne room, barracks, a treasure vault, and four corner towers that each house specific types of valuable gems (diamonds, emeralds, rubies, and amethysts).
- Inhabitants: Teeming with heavily armed soldiers, lieutenants, and captains. In the center sits Croesus himself. The exterior of the fort is also guarded by four dragons, one on each side.
- Traps: The entrance is heavily trapped, and the moat contains dangerous aquatic monsters like giant eels if you fall in.
