π The Knight Quest is a branch of the Quest specifically designed for the Knight role.
π Overview
The Quest branch for the Knight consists of 5 or 6 levels. You must navigate through these levels to defeat your Nemesis and recover your role's quest artifact.
- Leader: King Arthur (found on the Home level)
- Nemesis: Ixoth (found on the Goal level)
- Artifact: The Magic Mirror of Merlin
- Common Enemies: quasits and ochre jellies
πΊοΈ Level Structure
The Quest is divided into several specific levels:
1. Home Level
The starting point of the Quest. Here you will find King Arthur and friendly Quest Guardians. You must receive permission from King Arthur before proceeding deeper. The walls and floors are undiggable, and teleportation is restricted.
2. Upper Filler Level
An intermediate level filled with quasits and ochre jellies and other monsters.
3. Locate Level
A specific midpoint level. Upon entering, you will receive messages indicating that you are getting closer to Ixoth.
4. Lower Filler Level(s)
One or two additional randomly generated levels before the final confrontation. (There is one lower filler level if the Quest is 5 levels deep, and two if it is 6 levels deep.)
5. Goal Level (Level 5 or 6)
The bottom-most level of the branch. Here you will face Ixoth. Upon defeating him, you can claim The Magic Mirror of Merlin and the Bell of Opening.
