π The Wizard Quest is a branch of the Quest specifically designed for the Wizard role.
π Overview
The Quest branch for the Wizard consists of 5 or 6 levels. You must navigate through these levels to defeat your Nemesis and recover your role's quest artifact.
- Leader: Neferet the Green (found on the Home level)
- Nemesis: The Dark One (found on the Goal level)
- Artifact: The Eye of the Aethiopica
- Common Enemies: vampire bats and xorns
πΊοΈ Level Structure
The Quest is divided into several specific levels:
1. Home Level
The starting point of the Quest. Here you will find Neferet the Green and friendly Quest Guardians. You must receive permission from Neferet the Green before proceeding deeper. The walls and floors are undiggable, and teleportation is restricted.
2. Upper Filler Level
An intermediate level filled with vampire bats and xorns and other monsters.
3. Locate Level
A specific midpoint level. Upon entering, you will receive messages indicating that you are getting closer to The Dark One.
4. Lower Filler Level(s)
One or two additional randomly generated levels before the final confrontation. (There is one lower filler level if the Quest is 5 levels deep, and two if it is 6 levels deep.)
5. Goal Level (Level 5 or 6)
The bottom-most level of the branch. Here you will face The Dark One. Upon defeating him, you can claim The Eye of the Aethiopica and the Bell of Opening.
