- Metal helms: -30% spell casting penalty
Materials
Helms can be generated from various materials. For example, some racial helms (such as elven helms and gnollish hoods) can generate from dragon hide. Dwarvish helms can generate from iron, mithril, or other dwarvish metals. Standard metallic helms generate from iron, adamantium, or mithril.
