- Elite: 25% chance to get, if you have positive luck
- Celestial/Primordial/Infernal: 5% chance to get, if you have positive luck

Mythic and Legendary Items
- Mythic item (one prefix or suffix power): 100% chance to get, except for Elemental Protection, Last Alliance, Banishment, Witch-King's, Olympian, Jotunheimian, and Melnibonean qualities that have 33% chance if you have positive luck (otherwise 0%); if fails, no affix is gained.
- Legendary item (one prefix and one suffix power): 33% chance to get two affixes if you have positive luck, otherwise an item with just one affix is given. For each affix, the wish is successful at 100% chance, except for Elemental Protection, Last Alliance, Banishment, Witch-King's, Olympian, Jotunheimian, and Melnibonean qualities that have 33% chance if you have positive luck (and otherwise 0%); if fails, no affix is gained.
If the legendary item's probability check fails, you will get a mythic item instead (with either a prefix or suffix power).
Artifact Wishing
The probability of getting an artifact through wishing depends on artifacts already generated in the game as follows:
- 2 or fewer artifacts generated: 100%
- 3 or more artifacts generated: $2/n$, where $n$ is the number of already generated artifacts
