Valley of the Dead

👉 The Valley of the Dead is a sprawling, undead-filled graveyard that marks the transition into Gehennom.

Location: The top-most level (level 1) of Gehennom.

Located immediately below the Underground Castle, you cannot enter Gehennom without passing through it.

ℹ️ Characteristics

• Layout: A massive, open valley filled with dozens of graves, three distinct morgues, and a central temple dedicated to Moloch.
• Inhabitants: The valley is swarming with undead: liches, vampires, ghosts, wraiths, and zombies. In GnollHack, a fearsome dracolich also makes its lair here.
